Cody Rhodes Reacts To Interesting WWE WrestleMania 40 Pitch

WWE Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes has reacted to an interesting pitch for WrestleMania 40, amid speculation about his next move.

With Rhodes making it clear that his one goal in WWE is to win the Undisputed Universal Championship, it seemed obvious that Rhodes was going to issue a challenge to Roman Reigns following his Royal Rumble 2024 victory.

In a surprising turn of events, World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins confronted Rhodes on the January 29 edition of Raw to state that he wants Rhodes to challenge for his gold at WrestleMania.

Rhodes has now reacted to a pitch shared on Twitter which would see him, Reigns and Rollins facing off at WrestleMania 40 in a winner takes all threeway bout.

The American Nightmare appeared to be intrigued by the idea, sharing the post with one emoji as the caption:

Following his WWE return in April 2022, Rhodes announced that his main goal is to win the WWE Championship to honor his late father Dusty Rhodes.

He unsuccessfully challenged for the WWE Undisputed Universal Title – the unified Universal Title and WWE Title – at WrestleMania 39, losing to Roman Reigns following interference from the Bloodline.
