Malakai Black made his shocking AEW debut on the July 7 Road Rager episode of Dynamite, taking out Cody Rhodes and Arn Anderson.
On last week’s (July 14) Fyter Fest show, Rhodes called out Black, and the two engaged in a pull apart brawl.
AEW announced on tonight’s show that the highly anticipated match will take place on the August 4 edition of Dynamite.
Malakai Black recently spoke about his creative frustrations in WWE, saying that he felt he did nothing of importance on the WWE main roster.
