Drew McIntyre Addresses Tense Moment With WWE Star On Raw WWE

WWE star Drew McIntyre has commented on a tense moment involving himself and Jey Uso on Monday Night Raw (September 4).

Despite ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso being welcomed to the Raw roster with open arms by his former Bloodline ally Sami Zayn, McIntyre was visibly not as receptive.

When making his entrance for his tag team match alongside Matt Riddle against The Viking Raiders, McIntyre ran into Jey, who had just conducted a promo in the ring.

After a few seconds staring at one another on the ramp Sami Zayn stood between the two to calm things down.

This moment was brought up in McIntyre’s interview with Sportskeeda, while discussing whether he would be interested in joining or forming a faction.

McIntyre said:

“I don’t know, I have always felt more like a lone wolf, and I have noticed that a lot of people have been forming factions and using it to their advantage.

“You mentioned The Bloodline. There’s a reason why I wasn’t giving Jey Uso a big hug when he showed up on Monday Night Raw, because he was kicking my head for six months straight and making sure I didn’t become the Undisputed Champion.”

Since returning from a three month long hiatus from WWE at Money in the Bank on July 1, McIntyre’s contract with WWE has been the subject of much speculation.

The former two-time WWE Champion recently opened up on his situation and addressed the rumors of his future, click here to read more.
