Eric Bischoff recently commented on who he thought would win in a fight between WWE co-CEO Stephanie McMahon and AEW CEO Tony Khan.
Bischoff was chatting with Steve Fall of NBC Boston during which he discussed who he thought would win in a fight between WWE co-CEO Stephanie McMahon and AEW CEO, Tony Khan.
Bischoff joked:
“Oh my god, Stephanie McMahon would kill Tony Khan. Hey, I’ve been slapped by Stephanie McMahon on television, which is supposed to be what they call a ‘working slap.’ She don’t know how to work, at least not a slap. I mean, that girl could hurt you. She would kill Tony Khan. Kill him. Yes, set that up. Somebody book that. That’d be fun.”
Going a step further, Bischoff acknowledges the proposeterious nature of the conversation but throws a little extra shade at Khan, saying:
“Tony Khan couldn’t beat up anything. This is a silly conversation. This is like talking about my wife beating up somebody. She’s 98 pounds and couldn’t hurt a fly.”
All due respect to Eric Bischoff’s petite spouse, I haven’t forgotten about the Tony Khan Gun Show of 2020!
Tony Khan continues to be CEO for AEW as well as his role of Head of Creative whereas in WWE, co-CEO Stephanie McMahon is flanked by a powerful duo taking on similar roles with co-CEO Nick Khan and Head of Creative and her real life husband, Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque.
