After a match against Tatum Paxley and Ivy Nile, NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Kayden Carter and Katana Chance said they had no one to face at NXT World’s Collide and instead planned on hosting a dance party in the parking lot.

Instead, Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H. appeared to challenge them to a WWE NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship match at the NXT’s premium live event, Worlds Collide set for this Sunday, September 4, 2022.

NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate spoke to Fit Finlay & Butch

Backstage, professional wrestling legend Fit Finlay popped up to speak to Tyler Bate, handing over an iPad featuring a message from a former NXT UK Champion familiar to Tyler Bate, Pete Dunne.

Referenced as his current main roster moniker Butch, it was clear that the history and respect between Bate and Butch ran deep as he spoke to him ahead of his match with Bron Breakker.

And then later, Gunther

Tyler Bate’s interaction with another blast from the past, Gunther, occurred in a backstage segment where the Ring General urged Bate to represent NXT UK well.
