Former WWE star AJ Francis (Top Dolla) has shared his favourite Cody Rhodes story, revealing that the American Nightmare would often help him out.
While it is clear to see how passionate Cody Rhodes is about wrestling on Raw every week, the former ‘Top Dolla’ has revealed that Rhodes is just as passionate when off screen.
Dolla took to Twitter to note that after he, B-Fab and Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis visited Rhodes following one of his significant matches, Rhodes would often go out of his way to help the Hit Row members.
he explained:
At the end of #WrestleMania the only people left in the viewing area outside gorilla to see Cody come back after his match was #HitRow and he just expressed how much he appreciated that and after that day he always went out his way to talk to & help all of us… 💰
Dolla was let go by WWE during September’s round of talent cuts.
Cody Rhodes is preparing to compete in this Saturday’s WarGames match. At Survivor Series, Rhodes will team with Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso and Randy Orton to battle Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh and Drew McIntyre.
