A former WWE star has been announced for an upcoming match which could end up being their last before they return to the company.
Former WWE star Naomi is reportedly expected to make her return to the company as soon as the end of this month, which has led to a lot of speculation that she could appear as a surprise entrant in the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
Trinity lost her TNA Knockouts Championship to Jordynne Grace at TNA Hard to Kill, and faced off against her again at the following night’s Snake Eyes tapings in Las Vegas.
Following the show, it was confirmed that Trinity had more dates left on her TNA deal, and that she would be appearing at the company’s tapings in Orlando this Friday.
TNA has now announced Trinity’s match for the show, with her set to face off against Knockouts Ultimate X winner Gisele Shaw.
While not confirmed, this match may end up serving as Trinity’s final match for TNA before her return to WWE.
Bayley and Mercedes Mone (Sasha Banks) were both in attendance for Hard to Kill to support Trinity for her bout.
ORLANDO! @TheTrinity_Fatu takes on @GiseleShaw08 THIS FRIDAY as #TNAiMPACT comes to the Osceola Heritage Park!
