Another major NJPW star will be appearing on tomorrow’s AEW Dynamite: Road Rager special from St. Louis in the form of Hiroshi Tanahashi.
AEW President Tony Khan announced that Jon Moxley and New Japan Pro Wrestling star Hiroshi Tanahashi will go face-to-face on this Wednesday’s Dynamite: Road Rager special ahead of their Interim AEW World Title Match at Forbidden Door on June 26.

Moxley defeated Kyle O’Reilly on last week’s AEW Dynamite, while Tanahashi beat Hirooki Goto at NJPW Dominion to advance to the pay-per-view later this month.
The two men have been feuding for well over a year since Moxley started calling out Tanahashi for a match when he was IWGP United States Champion.
AEW has announced three other matches for tomorrow’s show, including the in-ring debut for another top NJPW star.
