A huge match has been announced for the upcoming AEW Revolution pay-per-view event in Los Angeles on March 9.
In recent weeks, things have been coming to a head between MJF and Hangman Adam Page on AEW Dynamite, and the two men came face to face on tonight’s Dynamite show.
The face to face between Hangman and MJF kicked off tonight’s show, with MJF taking exception with Hangman being handed everything during his time in AEW.
MJF mentioned Hangman screwing him in the first-ever AEW match, where Hangman won the Casino Battle Royal to earn an AEW World Championship match, and said that the company had been behind him since before it even opened it’s doors.
MJF mentioned Page retiring Christopher Daniels, which led to Page snapping on MJF, saying that Daniels was half the wrestler he was.
The segment ended with MJF asking Hangman what one thing he does better than him is, to which Hangman said ‘I am real’.
MJF spat in the face of Hangman, with security stopping Hangman from getting hands on MJF, before Daniels himself appeared, stopping Hangman.
Daniels says that this is what he wanted, he knows who Page is, and Page knows himself who he is.
After the segment, it was officially announced that Hangman Adam Page and MJF will face off at AEW Revolution in Los Angeles on March 9.
