Injured AEW Star Attacked Backstage At Dynamite

An injured AEW star was attacked backstage by the Undisputed Kingdom faction on tonight’s episode of Dynamite.

In an earlier segment featuring Renee Paquette interviewing Orange Cassidy, Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero, she asked about Chuck Taylor who was ‘out with injury’.

Orange Cassidy provided the update that Taylor was actually there in Phoenix, Arizona tonight getting checked out.

Later in the show, there was a cut to backstage where an attack was already in progress.

Adam Cole (still seated in a wheelchair) seemed to be running point on an assault on Chuck Taylor as the Undisputed Kingdom were executing the beat down.

Cole would get in the face of the ailing Taylor, seemingly signaling that a Best Friends vs Undisputed Kingdom feud could be on the horizon.

Elsewhere on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, AEW President Tony Khan revealed his latest big announcement.
