A new report has revealed an update on a long-injured AEW star and Private Party member Marq Quen’s return.
Private Party’s Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy are part of the “Day One” AEW roster and quickly gained popularity after a win over The Young Bucks on the second ever episode of Dynamite.
However, many AEW fans haven’t seen Quen inside the squared circle since the duo lost to Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal in tag team action in November 2022 after he suffered a shoulder injury.
This led to Isiah Kassidy teaming with the likes of The Hardys and Ethan Page over the next year.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Marq Quen was seen backstage in a sling at a recent AEW show.
The report notes that All Elite Wrestling is hopeful that the Private Party member will return to in-ring action sooner rather than later.
Also worth noting, talent who is cleared to compete may be forced to be absent from AEW programming due to not having any creative plans in order. One example of such is former AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa.
WrestleTalk will provide any further updates on Marq Quen’s health status when they become available.
