A WWE star wants WrestleMania to come to India and wants to face Seth Rollins at the event.
Despite being the biggest event in all of wrestling every year, WWE WrestleMania has never been hosted outside of the United States of America.
In recent years, fans across the world and WWE stars have suggested many different countries for the company to take the globally celebrated show.
In a new interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal was asked about the possibility of bringing WrestleMania to India. He answered:
“I would love it. I can’t promise anything, but that responsibility is on the WWE Universe.”
“Make so much noise that WWE has no choice but to come back regularly, maybe every year to India, even Hyperabad, and then one day, WrestleMania in India.”
When asked who he would like to face at the event, Jinder replied:
“Seth Rollins. We have so much history. Me and Seth Rollins have so much history.”
Rollins and Mahal have faced each other in five previous televised bouts in the past, including Seth defeating Jinder to become the first NXT Champion in 2012.
As previously reported, Jinder Mahal also claimed that only Roman Reigns can beat Roman Reigns and end his title reign elsewhere in the interview.
