On tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown, there was plenty of interaction featuring LA Knight and Austin Theory with Grayson Waller.

Following an initial promo battle, Knight and Theory would go on to have an actual match while Grayson Waller joined the commentary team.

During his time on commentary, Waller revealed a big plan for next week on WWE SmackDown.

Noting that John Cena has finally gotten his wish for the ‘Grayson Waller rub’, Cena will be his guest next week for the Grayson Waller Effect.

Grayson Waller continues to collect big WWE moments during his first year on the main roster, already having featured in segments with Edge, Charlotte Flair, Cody Rhodes, Rey Mysterio, the Bloodline and more.

Of course Waller and Cena are not unfamiliar with one another, after already having an exchange at WWE Money in the Bank.

That exchange ended with John Cena dropping an Attitude Adjustment on Waller.

Cena will be on every SmackDown starting next week through to October 27. He returned last week, but missed tonight’s show due to being in India for WWE Superstar Spectacle.

LA Knight would end up beating Austin Theory in their match on tonight’s SmackDown, even with an attempt at hijinks from Waller who jumped off commentary to expose a turnbuckle in order to try to assist Theory.
