A WWE star has addressed some injury speculation surrounding them.
On the July 28 edition of WWE SmackDown, Karrion Kross defeated Karl Anderson. This marked the latest chapter in Kross’ feud with AJ Styles and The O.C. over on Friday Night SmackDown.
In the past few weeks before his win, the former two-time NXT Champion was noticeably sporting some tape on his leg that had led some to believe he was working with an injury.
On August 2, Kross took to Instagram to post pictures of his leg and address the injury speculation. He wrote:
When a great villain is hurt,
He doesn’t pursue sympathy.
He just puts on some @panteraofficial, tapes it up and gives the people a show they came to see.
I’m still asked about why my leg was taped weeks ago, so to lay it to rest; I’m 100% all good.
That whacky spiderweb like brushing happened after I pulled the KT tape off. I’ve always healed very quickly since I was a kid and I personally wouldn’t even have called it an injury.
Stuff happens.
Karrion Kross recently broke character to heap some praise to his current rival AJ Styles in an interview, which you can read here.
