LA Knight Reacts To Daniel Bryan ‘Yes Movement’ Comparisons WWE

LA Knight has found himself in something fans are calling the ‘Yeah Movement’ drawing comparisons to AEW’s Bryan Danielson.

In the 2010s, the popularity of the then-Daniel Bryan was brought to the fore with WWE fans adopting the “Yes Movement.”

Such was the strength of fan opinion that Bryan would go on to become WWE World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania 30.

With Knight’s catchphrase of “Yeah” catching on with fans, he’s become the subject of a movement of his own.

In an appearance on the SHAK Wrestling podcast, Knight was asked about the movement and also whether he’d be up for a match with Danielson, saying:

“Oh boy! You never know. But, you know, that’s why people online started calling it the YEAH Movement.

“And I’m like, why are we doing that? It’s so close to (the) Yes (Movement), don’t do that.

“I’d rather call it a revolution because that’s what I feel more like it is.

“But you know, whatever. At this point, they’ve already done it.”

Danielson made his AEW debut in September 2021 and has become such an important component of the company that Tony Khan recently revealed that he has left instructions with his own father to entrust Danielson should Khan be unable to run the show.

While it has previously been reported that Danielson is more “hands-on” with AEW Collision, he has said he doesn’t have an official role backstage.

LA Knight teamed up with John Cena to defeat The Bloodline (Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa) at WWE Fastlane on October 7, 2023.

Knight’s popularity in WWE is such that a recent cancelled appearance on a house show saw the rare instance of the company offering refunds before doors opened.
