WWE/AEW
Former WWE NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose has commented on the possibility of her joining AEW.
Following Rose’s WWE departure in December 2022, there was a lot of speculation about the former champion potentially signing with another promotion.
While Rose doesn’t entirely know what her future holds, she has now indicated that she’d be open to a big move if she was to receive the right phone call.
During a Q&A session on Instagram, Rose was asked if she’d join AEW or TNA in 2024.
Rose replied:
“I don’t know. But, you know, if the right phone call comes around, maybe.”
Rose hasn’t wrestled since the December 13, 2022 edition of NXT, when she dropped the NXT Women’s Title to Roxanne Perez, one day before her release.
She revealed in September 2023 that she’d become a free agent.
An eye-opening statistic has emerged on women’s wrestling in WWE, AEW and IMPACT/TNA, which you can read more about right here.
Rose’s first post-WWE wrestling appearance has now been announced, click here to find out more.
