The mystery partner of Danhausen at tonight’s May 9 WWE Backlash 2026 premium live event in Tampa was revealed to be a Mini Danhausen.

SmackDown last night saw Danhausen attempt to clone himself so he could be his own partner, which didn’t go particularly well as the machine seemed to break.

However, during his entrance tonight at WWE Backlash, he opened the Cloning Machine on the stage and out came a Mini Danhausen.

Despite not looking 100% convinced to begin with, Danhausen did take the Mini Danhausen to the ring in the Danhausenmobile and accepted him as his tag partner.

It was clear during the match that the Mini Danhausen seemed to be a mini luchador, so we’ll see if any news comes out as to his identity being one of the mini luchadores from AAA or anything like that.

Commentary repeatedly referred to him as Minihausen, so if he is to be a recurring figure on WWE TV from now on as a partner of Danhausen, that appears to be his name – he was also referred to as Minihausen when Alicia Taylor announced them as the winners of the match.

During the course of the match, Wilson decided to try and lock Minihausen back in the cloning machine, which led to many more Minihausens coming out of the machine, just like we saw during the John Cena segment at WrestleMania 42.

With the help of the rest of the Minihausens as well as the long-standing curse against The Miz resulting in a mishap with a fire extinguisher he was trying to use as a weapon, Danhausen and Minihausen were able to score the win after a Danhausen pump kick to Miz.
