After his return at AEW All Out and big reveal as the Joker from the Casino Ladder match, MJF is set to speak on this week’s AEW Dynamite.
While Maxwell Jacob Friedman didn’t really speak at AEW All Out, the fans are set to hear from him soon as AEW has just announced his first appearance.
On this week’s AEW Dynamite (September 7) MJF is set to address the crowd.
AEW’s official Twitter account wrote:
“This Wednesday on #AEWDynamite, we’ll hear from the 2022 Casino Ladder Match winner
@The_MJF!“Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite LIVE in Buffalo, NY This Wednesday @ 8pm ET/7pm CT On @TBSNetwork”
MJF had been missing from public view since his now infamous “MJF pipe bomb” at the LA Forum on June 1, 2022.
During the promo, MJF begged AEW CEO Tony Khan to fire him and throughout the subsequent months, there was no word on his whereabouts or status with the company.
Frequently refusing to comment, Tony Khan himself gave no indication of whether or not MJF was planned to return.
In his return reveal at AEW All Out, a video package played where a voicemail from Tony Khan can be heard asking MJF to come back in exchange for an undisclosed sum of money, a spot as the Joker in the Casino Ladder match at AEW All Out and notably, no extension to his contract.
We’ll have to stay tuned to find out what MJF has to say on this week’s AEW Dynamite.
