New Competition On Wednesdays For AEW Dynamite Revealed AEW

A new report has revealed that there will be new competition on Wednesday nights for AEW Dynamite coming in 2024.

The ratings for AEW Dynamite have been down year-over-year in 2023, but All Elite Wrestling’s signature program regularly ranks in the top 5 in the 18-49 demographic for the night. Dynamite has seen competition from the NBA, Vanderpump Rules and other top cable shows this year.

However, it now looks like one of the top animated shows of all time will be the new competition for Tony Khan’s promotion.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Fox has announced that “Family Guy” will be leaving Sundays for the first time in two decades and moving to Wednesdays starting March 6, 2024.

Family Guy will join Fox’s midseason lineup for next spring that also featured “The Masked Singer” and “Animal Control.”

Tonight’s November 22 episode of AEW Dynamite will feature the start of the Continental Classic tournament with Jay White vs. RUSH, Swerve Strickland vs. Jay Lethal and Jon Moxley vs. Mark Briscoe.

WrestleTalk will provide further updates on AEW Dynamite’s Wednesday night competition in 2024 when they become available.
