New WWE Tag Team Introduced On SmackDown

On tonight’s February 23 WWE SmackDown, the pre-taped episode allowed for space for a vignette featuring a newly formed tag team.

In a video featuring Ashante ‘Thee’ Adonis and Cedric Alexander, the pair were introduced to WWE fans and had an opportunity to show off their personalities.

With Adonis highly unamused by Cedric’s fashion choices in the clip, the pair are already proving to be an entertaining duo.

You can see the video from tonight’s show below. Adonis and Alexander were repackaged as a team a few weeks ago on social media, but tonight was the first time it was highlighted on SmackDown.

Elsewhere on tonight’s SmackDown, a top WWE star continued to suffer disrespect from her fellow roster members, seemingly setting the stage for a heel turn.

Tonight’s SmackDown is airing a pre-taped edition due to the WWE Elimination Chamber premium live event coming up on Saturday, February 24.

WWE’s top stars have already been taking in the sights in Perth, Australia ahead of the big event as shown on the Elimination Chamber press event.

Highlighting the upcoming matches for the show, there was also a fascinating detail dropped about the Elimination Chamber structure’s journey to Australia.
