NFL Star Fined For Stone Cold Steve Austin Celebration

NFL star Stefon Diggs has reportedly been fined over $13,000 for his Stone Cold Steve Austin-like celebration.

during the Buffalo Bill’s week 4 match against the Miami Dolphins on October 1, Diggs celebrated an 11-yard touchdown pass with the crowd.

During this moment, Diggs took two beers from the crowd and smashed them together in a move reminiscent of a certain WWE legend.

Diggs referenced this celebration after the game, noting “yeah, I owe somebody $18.”

Digg’s estimate was way off, as according to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, the NFL fined Diggs $13,659 for ‘unsportsmanlike conduct’ for this beer celebration.

Stefon Diggs was just one of several NFL names to receive a fine in recent weeks, with the likes of Geno Smith and AJ Brown fined for different incidents.
