Two NXT Stars Backstage At Tonight’s WWE Raw (October 9)

A new report has revealed that two NXT stars are backstage at tonight’s October 9 edition of WWE Raw.

Over the past few months, WWE fans have seen the main roster become a more integrated part of the NXT developmental brand.

Dominik Mysterio of The Judgment Day currently holds the NXT North American Championship, while Becky Lynch has brought a great deal of eyes to the brand as NXT Women’s Champion.

The movement has also been going in both directions as NXT stars Carmelo Hayes, Trick Williams, Tiffany Stratton and Dragon Lee have all made their presence known on Raw and SmackDown.

Per PWInsider, NXT stars Axiom and Kiana James are backstage at tonight’s WWE Raw taping.

It is not confirmed what their status is for tonight’s broadcast, but the belief is they are there to work the Main Event tapings.

Axiom last wrestled in a four-way match won by Trick Williams on the September 26 edition of WWE NXT, while Kiana James appeared on the October 3 episode to announce that Asuka will face her rival Roxanne Perez.
