It’s being reported that former WWE star Chelsea Green, who was released this past April, has been in contract talks with IMPACT Wrestling.
IMPACT was always one of the favorites to be where Green landed as she has a past there and her fiancé Matt Cardona currently works for the promotion.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the two parties have been in talks, but as of press time, no deal was finalized.
Green has said previously that she likes the idea of working all over the place instead of being tied down, naming Cody Rhodes as an example of someone who’s done that.
Since her release, Green has been in headlines for several reasons, one being Twitter controversy after she used fan art without credit, and the other for receiving a Cease & Desist from the actual Fifty Shades of Grey because of her podcast name.
