An update has emerged on on WWE’s plans for SummerSlam 2022, or lack thereof.
Per Ringside News – which has had several backstage reports confirmed by the likes of Fightful and Dave Meltzer in recent times – WWE does not have a single match locked down for the July 30 event.
Between now and the Biggest Party of the Summer, fans have the WrestleMania Backlash, Hell in a Cell and Money in the Bank Premium Live Events to look forward to.
The Ringside News report noted that WWE has ‘just got (WrestleMania) Backlash booked’, ahead of May 8.

- WWE & Universal Champion Roman Reigns
- SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair
- Brock Lesnar
- Becky Lynch
- Ronda Rousey
- Seth Rollins
