UPDATE: A new match featuring Liv Morgan has now been announced for Money in the Bank – find out more at this link.
Former SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan made a surprise return to WWE on last night’s (June 23) episode of SmackDown.
Liv returned to the side of her former Women’s Tag Team Championship partner Raquel Rodriguez to confront Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey, who unified the WWE and NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships with their victory over Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn.
While no match has been announced between the two teams for Money In The Bank, Liv is set to be present next weekend in London.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Liv is set to be in London this upcoming week ahead of Money In The Bank, with WWE sources fearing that she may have had to miss the entire Summer.
As well as Liv, other stars not booked for Money in the Bank that are set for media bookings are Omos, Tamina, Rick Boogs, Lacey Evans and Elton Prince & Kit Wilson of Pretty Deadly.
Pretty Deadly are set to face off against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship on next week’s episode of SmackDown in London.
Also set for next week’s SmackDown is a WWE Women’s Championship match between Asuka and Charlotte Flair.
Liv has commented on her return from SmackDown, which you can see here.
