WWE has announced that Roman Reigns will defend his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship for the first time on next week’s (June 17) episode of SmackDown.
On tonight’s show, Riddle took on Sami Zayn, with the stipulation that if Sami won, Riddle would be banned from SmackDown, but if Riddle won, he would earn a shot against Roman on next week’s show.
Riddle ended up picking up the victory, earning him the first shot at Roman’s Undisputed WWE Universal Championship on next week’s show.
Also set for next week’s show is a ‘Last Laugh’ match between Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin, as well as the delayed unveiling of the first client for Maximum Male Models.
