Sami Zayn To Challenge For NXT Championship

It has been announced that SmackDown star Sami Zayn will soon challenge for the NXT Championship during the November WWE UK tour.

WWE has revealed that NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa, and NXT talent Bron Breakker will wrestle during in the UK next week. Ciampa, Breakker and Zayn are set to do battle for the NXT Title at house shows in Liverpool, Leeds, Nottingham and Manchester.

WWE took to Twitter and Instagram to announce the three-way title bouts:

Breakker unsuccessfully challenged for the NXT Championship during Tuesday’s NXT Halloween Havoc show. Zayn is a former NXT Champion, but hasn’t wrestled for the brand since April 2016.

Former NXT UK Champion WALTER has also been announced for the UK tour. The Austrian star last competed at NXT TakeOver 36 in August, losing his gold to Ilja Dragunov.
