Santos Escobar Rumored New WWE Teammates Set For Title Match

With new teammates rumored for Santos Escobar, an NXT tag team have called for a title shot on tonight’s WWE NXT.

Humberto Carillo and Angel Garza have returned with a vengeance (and a matching pair of new tattoos) to NXT and now show off a more vicious streak.

Now after a victory over Edris Enofe and Malik Blade, the pair have their sights set on Tony D’Angelo and Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo, the NXT Tag Team Champions.

Recently Dave Meltzer has noted that there has been some internal discussion of possibly joining Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza with Santos Escobar now that the latter has turned on the LWO.

With the fallout between members of the Latino World Order continuing after Escobar’s vicious attack on Rey Mysterio, Escobar is running solo against his former faction.

He will face off against Carlito in a match at WWE Survivor Series this Saturday, November 25, 2023.
