Bizarre Scrapped WWE Judgment Day Pitches Revealed WWE

Bizarre scrapped WWE pitches for the Judgment Day faction during Edge’s time in the group have been revealed.

The Judgment Day that we see all over Monday Night Raw nowadays are much different from the original iteration of the group that Edge formed back at WrestleMania 38.

The trio of Edge, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley were a more ‘spooky’ version of the group, with Edge eventually being exiled from the group in favour of Finn Balor.

Edge since noted that he left the group due to opposing the group’s planned supernatural direction, and he has now revealed some bizarre pitches made for the group.

Speaking on the Not Sam Wrestling podcast, Edge (Adam Copeland) revealed the pitches for the group to have a cauldron of black fluid, and to float to the ring.

He said:

“At one point it was talked about a cauldron with bubbling black fluid and I’m holding a pitchfork, and it’s like, whoa. I don’t want to do that because that’s not going to work.

“Then there was one week they wanted us to float to the ring. I was like, ‘What?’ They said, ‘Well, no, we’ll put it on like a dolly.'”

The group has since added Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh, with Balor and Priest reigning as the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions.

Edge left WWE due to a contract expiration in September, now wrestling for AEW under his real name Adam Copeland.
