SCU Reuniting In AEW After Split Last Year? AEW

Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian, formerly of SCU teased a tag-team reunion on AEW Dark.

On Tuesday’s show, Ethan Page defeated Kazarian following a distraction from Dan Lambert.

Following a post-match brawl, Christopher Daniels ran down to make the save. While leaving the ringside area, Page and Scorpio Sky reminded Daniels and Kazarian that they cannot team in AEW ever again.

Daniels acknowledged this, before challenging Page to a future match.

While it was clearly stated in the segment that SCU cannot wrestle as a team in AEW, it was interesting to see Daniels next to Frankie Kazarian once again. The group’s final storyline mostly played out on AEW Dark, leading many to speculate that the duo could come together as a team on the YouTube show.

SCU was forced to disband after Daniels & Kazarian unsuccessfully challenged for the Young Bucks’ AEW Tag Team Championship on the May 12, 2021 edition of Dynamite.

While Kazarian has been wrestling regularly for AEW since, mostly on Dark, Daniels has only wrestled for the company a handful of times since the SCU split.
