Swerve Strickland & Keith Lee Forced To Reunite, Opponents Revealed

Swerve Strickland & Keith Lee Forced To Reunite, Opponents Revealed AEW

More AEW Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament partners have been announced on tonight’s June 28 episode of Dynamite.

Joining the already announced team of MJF and Adam Cole in the tournament is another unlikely as a pair of former friends turned foes are going to apparently need to co-exist yet again.

Former AEW World Tag Team Champions Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee are teaming together once again via the “random” draw for the tournament.

They will be facing Orange Cassidy and Darby Allin in their first round matchup on next week’s Dynamite.

So far, MJF and Cole, Strickland and Lee, and Cassidy and Allin are the only teams that have been announced.

Elsewhere on tonight’s show, MJF attempted to befriend his Eliminator tournament tag partner Adam Cole after the latter was pulled from Forbidden Door due to illness this past Sunday but returned tonight.

However, Cole’s real-life girlfriend Britt Baker has now been pulled from tonight’s show due to illness and her match with Ruby Soho in the Owen Hart tournament has been postponed until next week.

Instead, Ruby Soho took on and defeated a local talent, cutting a passionate promo afterwards on Baker in advance of their re-scheduled match on next week’s Dynamite.
