Dustin & Brandi Rhodes React To The Rock’s Violent Assault On Cody Rhodes To End WWE Raw

Tonight’s WWE Raw ended with a stunning assault as The Rock took Cody Rhodes to the limit, leaving the WrestleMania 40 challenger lying in blood.

Standing over Cody, the show ended with The Rock assaulting him around a backstage area with multiple garbage cans and a tool box before shoving him out of a door near the back of Cody’s bus.

With The Rock stomping him in the pouring Chicago rain, he taunted Cody telling him repeatedly, “Look at you now boy” before repeatedly throwing him into his own bus.

The Rock then told the camera that “at the end of the day, to all the Cody Crybabies, Mama Rhodes and everybody, it didn’t have to be like this but it is now. Because of him, because Cody Rhodes stuck his nose in my business.”

Continuing to cut a promo on ‘Mama Rhodes’, he revealed a brand new white weight belt that said ‘MAMA RHODES’ and literally proceeded to rub Cody’s blood all over it.

After referencing Dusty Rhodes and his infamous ‘Hard Times’ promo, he told Cody that he was going to “learn him all about Hard Times” before throwing Cody into the bus one more time, saying that’s what he gets for having ‘f**ked with’ The Rock.

After the show, Cody’s wife Brandi and his brother (current AEW star) Dustin Rhodes commented on the segment.

Brandi wrote:

“He better keep his security detail tight at Mania. That’s all.”

And Dustin keeping it even more succinct, writing:

“You son of a bitch”

Earlier in the show, The Rock made an ‘unsettling’ unannounced appearance to kick off tonight’s WWE Raw, interrupting an in-ring segment with Cody Rhodes.

There was also an explosive segment featuring CM Punk, Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins which featured Punk referencing Jim Cornette, Vince McMahon, and confirming his role for WrestleMania.
