Tom Brady has provided the latest on a potential WWE debut after recent comments about the company ahead of WrestleMania.

Earlier this year, the WWE locker room was sent into a frenzy by Tom Brady, when he spoke to Logan Paul about his time in WWE, calling the company ‘cute’.

This led to a series of responses from current WWE stars, with fans believing it was leading to Brady making an appearance at WrestleMania 42, potentially for a match with Logan Paul.

Following Brady’s comments earlier this year, Dave Meltzer noted that there had been ‘negotiations’ between WWE and Brady, though there was absolutely not a deal in place between the two sides.

Tom Brady ‘Waiting For The Invite’ For WWE Debut

Tom Brady finally made an official WWE appearance this weekend at Fanatics Fest, when he appeared as a guest on a live episode of Cody Rhodes’ What Do You Wanna Talk About? podcast.

When Brady sat down, Cody immediately asked him about a potential future for him in WWE following recent rumours.

Brady would note that he’s waiting for the invite from Nick Khan to come up with a storyline for him to get in the mix.

He said:

“I need to get an invite, I’ve been waiting for Nick Khan to come up with some storyline for me to get in the mix.

“I feel like, I’m retired from football, I have an opportunity to go out there, still showcase I’m a little bit of an athlete.

“My boy Gronk’s done it, I’ve seen Logan Paul do it, I think I could get in there for at least one match, right? Come on Nick, make it happen.”
