Tony Khan Fires Back At Claims Shawn Michaels Is ‘Booker Of The Year’

Tony Khan Fires Back At Claims Shawn Michaels Is ‘Booker Of The Year’ AEW/WWE

Last night’s Title Tuesday special episode of AEW Dynamite (October 10) went head to head with WWE NXT.

Both shows stacked their cards for the event, with NXT featuring appearances from many top main roster stars including Cody Rhodes, John Cena, Paul Heyman and The Undertaker.

Meanwhile, Dynamite featured the in-ring debut of Adam Copeland, as well as two championship matches, which saw Orange Cassidy and Hikaru Shida become the new AEW International and AEW Women’s World Champions respectively.

The show has, naturally, led to a lot of wrestling fans on Twitter taking sides in the “war”, causing arguments and other discourse with those on the “other team”.

One method that many looked at for the show ratings is Cagematch.net, which Tony Khan claimed had been “review bombing” last night’s Dynamite show.

When someone mentioned the reviews that NXT had, Khan responded:

And then on the Title Tuesday Dynamite reviews, amidst scores 1s and 3s, two totally unique users (who are definitely not both the same person) used the very common expression, “shows how bad he is at being a normal person” on the same day reviewing the same show.

When someone responded to Khan with an AI generated image of Shawn Michaels holding a “booker of the year” award, Khan responded:

Actually I’m pretty sure that last night blew whatever chance he had at winning that award.

This is just the latest in recent tweets from Tony Khan over the past 48 hours, with him taking shots at Triple H and Shawn Michaels ahead of last night’s head to head, which you can see here.
