With the Forbidden Door pay-per-view set to take place this Sunday, fans have already begun speculating about possible sequel shows to the big event.
Most notably, several top stars from both AEW and NJPW are set to miss this year’s show, a lot due to injury but some for other reasons.
AEW president Tony Khan held his annual pre-pay-per-view media call today, where he spoke about the possibility of a second Forbidden Door show.
Khan said that he obviously has considered a second show, before putting over the two-night format that is used by WWE and NJPW for WrestleMania and Wrestle Kingdom respectively.
