Trick Williams has outlined his potential future WWE plans following his United States Championship loss at SummerSlam.
At WWE SummerSlam, Trick Williams’ reign as the United States Champion came to an end, when Baron Corbin defeated him to win the title for the second time in his career.
Following his loss and subsequence loss in the rematch on SmackDown, fans believe that Williams’ defeat will be the start of him moving further up the card on SmackDown.
Trick Williams Ready For Verbal Battle With CM Punk
Speaking on SHAK Wrestling, Trick was asked about CM Punk calling him out on the SummerSlam post-show and later on SmackDown television.
Trick praised Punk as one of the greatest of all time, but warned him that he’s been training his trash talk for his entire life.
He said:
“CM Punk is one of the greatest of all time and he’s proven that, he’s had his legendary moments, the trash talking.
“But you gotta understand, I come from a long, long line of trash talking who’s been passed down from my cells since I was a little kid, it’s in my DNA to talk trash like only Trick Williams can.
“So if CM Punk thinks he’s ready because he has 30 years of wrestling experience, he has to understand my trash talk goes back for decades and decades, all the way back to times that none of us were born. I’m that level of trash talker.”

Trick Williams Outlines WWE Future
Trick was later asked what was next for him following the losses to Corbin, with him noting that he has his eyes set on both Money In The Bank and regaining his title from Baron Corbin.
He said:
“I mean you brought up CM Punk. We haven’t talked about Money In The Bank yet, but who knows. Baron Corbin’s still there talking his trash thinking he deserves that title, but I see he hasn’t taken the fur off the title yet.
“He still wants the fur because Baron Corbin is the head full of missing hair on it, so he wants the fur and hair off my title to replace all the hair he’s missing on his head.
“Who knows what way Trick Williams decides to go from this, but whatever it is it’s gonna be a big deal.
“And New Orleans, of all cities, what a beautiful city full of good food to win a briefcase, so lets see what happens.”
