Following recent reports and speculation, IMPACT has announced an Ultimate X match for Slammiversary next month.
Earlier this week, it was reported that IMPACT were planning a “dangerous stipulation” match for July’s show. IMPACT has now revealed the six men that will compete for the X Division Championship at Slammiversary.
It has been confirmed that Josh Alexander will defend his title against Trey Miguel, Ace Austin, Chris Bey, Rohit Raju and Petey Williams.

Alexander is currently in his first reign with the X Division Championship after defeating Ace Austin at Rebellion.
Slammiversary will be the first IMPACT show to feature a live crowd since the start of the pandemic. A number of former WWE stars have been teased for the show.
