WWE
WWE business has been on fire over the past 12 months, with Raw, SmackDown and premium live events breaking attendance and gate records most weeks.
WWE has been placing over 10,000 people in buildings for weekly TV, but next week’s SmackDown has hit a very impressive milestone.
Per WrestleTix, next week’s SmackDown show, taking place at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, has distributed 12,185 tickets, making the show a COMPLETE sell out.
The show is set to feature Roman Reigns’ return to SmackDown, with him and Jey Uso laying out the ‘Rules of Engagement’ following last week’s Tribal Court segment.
Also set for the show is the second four-way in the ‘Austin Theory Invitational’ to determine the next challenger for the United States Championship.
The match will see Sheamus, Rey Mysterio, Cameron Grimes and LA Knight fight for the right to face Santos Escobar on July 28’s show.
LA Knight made an appearance in front of the live crowd on this week’s show, a segment which has already seen major viewing numbers for the company.
