There has been an official update on a championship that was vacated by an AEW star on a recent episode of AEW Dynamite.
After successfully defending the ROH TV Championship on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite (November 8) against Keith Lee, Samoa Joe would go on to make a surprising announcement.
Noting his plan to continue to target MJF for the AEW World Championship, Samoa Joe would go on to vacate the ROH TV Title immediately.
Leaving the belt in the ring and leaving, he was seen later in a backstage segment taunting MJF to close the show.
Now on Ring of Honor, an announcement regarding the future of the title has been made – or at least an announcement about a future update.
