A big update has emerged on Jey Uso’s status for WWE Payback 2023, after ‘quitting’ the company last month.
After losing the Tribal Combat match to Roman Reigns following Jimmy Uso’s interference at SummerSlam, Jey Uso attacked both Roman and Jimmy on the August 11 edition of SmackDown.
In a shocking move, Jey Uso then stated that he’s out of the Bloodline, and that he’s quitting WWE.
Jey hasn’t been seen on WWE TV since, and his profile has been moved to the alumni section of WWE.com.
Following speculation about Jey Uso’s next move, a new report has provided a notable update on the popular star.
Per PWInsider Elite (via Inside The Ropes), Jey Uso is in Pittsburgh for WWE Payback 2023.
The capacity of his visit is currently unclear.
However, Jey’s ‘exit’ was mentioned during a promo segment on the September 1 edition of SmackDown, in which John Cena told Jimmy Uso that the wrong uso quit WWE.
Also during the episode, WWE teased new members for the Bloodline faction.
