Update On WWE Plans For Bobby Lashley & Street Profits Faction

An update has emerged on WWE’s plans for Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits based on their internal listings.

Following numerous teases, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins revealed their new alliance with Bobby Lashley on the August 4 edition of SmackDown, after attacking the OC and the Brawling Brutes.

While many fans expected the group to be a heel faction with a ‘mean streak’, the three stars weren’t presented as bad guys during their September 1 SmackDown segment, with the origin of the trio’s friendship being the focal point of the angle.

Many speculated that this stable will be a babyface faction moving forward.

This doesn’t seem to be the case, as WrestleVotes now reports that WWE has the Lashley, Ford and Dawkins internally listed as heels.

Providing an update on internal talent listings following Payback, WrestleVotes tweeted:

The latest “talent board”, which is used internally, saw an update post Payback on 9/3.

… Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits are now categorized as heels.

The report also revealed that LA Knight is viewed as the top babyface of SmackDown following this past weekend’s premium live event.
