More Matches Confirmed For WWE WrestleMania 40

More WWE WrestleMania 40 matches have been confirmed on tonight’s penultimate SmackDown before the event takes place next weekend.

At WrestleMania 40, Judgment Day will put their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship on the line in a six-pack ladder match.

Already confirmed for the match before tonight were the champs Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Damian Priest), the New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods), the Awesome Truth (R-Truth and The Miz), and DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa).

After there was a brawl between Legado del Fantasma and the LWO tonight, Berto and Angel were set to take on the New Catch Republic for the final spot in the WrestleMania 40 ladder match.

The pair however was unsuccessful and it will be New Catch Republic (Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne) going on to the match at WrestleMania 40.

Earlier in the show, A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory and Grayson Waller) already won their way into the match after beating the Street Profits.

In the middle of the match, Karrion Kross and Scarlett were shown on-screen having just attacked Bobby Lashley and B-Fab in their dressing room.

While Angelo Dawkins abandoned the match to check on his stablemates, Montez Ford attempted to continue but was pinned by Theory.

Also now confirmed to be added to WrestleMania 40, a tag team match featuring Rey Mysterio joining together with the newest member of the LWO, Dragon Lee.

Dragon Lee and Rey Mysterio will represent the LWO as they take on Santos Escobar and Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 40.
