WWE has announced that Drew Gulak will defend the Cruiserweight Championship against Oney Lorcan on 205 Live tonight in a rematch from the SummerSlam pre-show.
Gulak retained with a Cyclone Crash on Sunday in a match that had that ‘it seems like they were holding back a bit’ feel that almost every 205 match that happens on a pay-per-view pre-show has.
Gulak has held the title since the Stomping Grounds pre-show where he won it in a three-way against Akira Tozawa and then-champion Tony Nese.
He also successfully defended the title against Nese on the Extreme Rules pre-show last month.
Also announced for 205 Live tonight is Ariya Daivari & The Singh Brothers vs. Humberto Carrillo, Lince Dorado & Kalisto.
