WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER has now shared a message for World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins following their confrontation on Raw.
Seth Rollins addressed his knee injury during Monday’s (January 22) edition of Raw.
After confirming that he’s dealing with a grade 2 tear of his MCL and a partially torn meniscus, GUNTHER and his Imperium teammates interrupted the world titleholder.
GUNTHER told Rollins that he plans to win the Royal Rumble so he can challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40, as Rollins still intends to compete at April’s event.
The Ring General has now taken to Twitter to share a photo of himself and Rollins shaking hands on Raw.
Wishing Rollins well, GUNTHER wrote:
Heal up!
GUNTHER has notably been dominating the WWE roster as Intercontinental Champion since June 2022.
He is the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion in WWE history, holding the gold for 592 days as of Tuesday (January 23).
WWE recently made a huge announcement about Raw, confirming that the show will move to Netflix in January 2025.
An update has emerged on how this Netflix deal will affect how WWE premium live events are streamed, which you can read more about right here.
