WWE Hall Of Famer Hilariously Mistaken For AEW Star

There have been a lot of wrestlers over the years that have been mistaken for other wrestlers in the business.

However, one pairing that I didn’t know we needed to see was The Blade teaming up alongside WWE Hall of Famer Brutus ‘The Barber’ Beefcake.

While that may seem far fetched, one fan named David apparently did mix up the Hall of Famer and the current AEW star.

Taking to Twitter while responding to fan mail, Brutus shared a photo of a mail he received from a fan named David, asking him to sign three AEW cards of him.

The problem is of course that Beefcake has never been a part of AEW, and there was a bit of a mix up due to Beefcake also wrestling under the name ‘The Butcher’ during his run in WCW.

Beefcake wrote:

Fans send me stuff to sign all the time but I’m responding to this one.

The Butcher (Andy Williams) currently wrestles for AEW, where he teams with The Blade alongside The Bunny, Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford.

The Butcher (Ed Leslie) does not work for All Elite Wrestling.
