Michael Cole Breaks Social Media Silence To Share Hilarious Backstage Story From WWE Raw

WWE veteran announcer Michael Cole has broken his Twitter hiatus of 19 months to send one very important message.

To tease his broadcast partner, Pat McAfee of course!

Taking to Twitter to share a snap of Pat McAfee speaking to GUNTHER, Michael Cole added his own special commentary to the moment.

Writing along with the snap:

“Obviously @PatMcAfeeShow is kissing @Gunther_AUT’s ass after being shut down a week ago during Jey Uso’s entrance”

On last week’s episode of WWE Raw, Pat McAfee was enjoying Jey Uso’s crowd favorite entrance, dancing along as he once had on SmackDown.

However, GUNTHER very obviously ‘caught’ McAfee in the moment of joy and glared at him.

GUNTHER would go on to beat Jey Uso to retain his Intercontinental Championship, with some help from Jimmy Uso who made a surprise interference.

Seemingly setting the stage for a brother versus brother showdown to finally occur between Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso, the WrestleMania 40 card continues to come together.

Also on tonight’s WWE Raw, Becky Lynch came face-to-face with Rhea Ripley after having won the Elimination Chamber earned her the right to face the champ at the big event.
