One week after NXT Spring Breakin’ and a day after the WWE Draft was completed, the viewing figures for WWE NXT have been revealed.

The May 2 episode of WWE NXT was the first episode to take place after the brand saw all of its women’s champions and a number of other talent called up to the main roster.

In total, there were 18 NXT wrestlers called up to the main roster this time around, those being:

Raw: Indi Hartwell, Apollo Crews, Zoey Stark, JD McDonagh, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, Jinder Mahal, Sanga, Veer, and Odyssey Jones

SmackDown: Alba Fyre, Isla Dawn, Elton Prince, Kit Wilson, Cameron Grimes, and Grayson Waller

Free agents: Von Wagner and Xyon Quinn

It came after a special episode of NXT drew the highest demographic viewership since October 18 2022 and its highest total viewership since January 10 2023.

With the April 25 episode drawing an audience of 647,000 viewers, rising from the previous week’s 565,000 viewers, the figures for May 2 show that 568,000 viewers tuned into the episode.

The episode also saw a drop in the demo rating for the all-important 18-49 bracket, scoring a 0.14 compared the previous week’s 0.18.

The episode ranked #15 in that demographic for original cable programming.

According to Wrestlenomics’ analysis, WWE NXT viewing is at -4% for quarter 2 of 2023 compared to the same quarter in 2022.
