WWE Raw Stars Set For September 16 SmackDown

Two WWE Raw stars are scheduled to be at Friday’s (September 16) SmackDown taping.

This week’s show will emanate from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Per PWInsider, Bobby Lashley and Austin Theory will be in the arena for Friday’s taping.

The report noted that the duo will likely have a dark match following the show, however it is possible that they could appear during the live broadcast.

Theory currently holds the Money in the Bank contract, meaning that he can cash-in for a title shot against Roman Reigns anytime, anywhere.

Reigns last defended his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Drew McIntyre at Clash At The Castle. Theory attempted to cash-in during this bout, but was knocked out by Tyson Fury before the referee could officially add him to the bout.

Bobby Lashley is the current US Champion, notably defeating Theory for the gold at the July 2 Money in the Bank premium live event.
