A return to WWE occurred on tonight’s SmackDown as the show kicked off live from Chicago, Illinois ahead of Survivor Series.
Returning to his seat on the SmackDown commentary team, Corey Graves is back from his paternity leave following the birth of his child with fellow WWE star, Carmella.
While he was away for the last two weeks, his spot was filled by WWE stars Kevin Owens and Road Dogg Jesse James.
Also on hand, Kevin Patrick and Michael Cole making up a three man commentary booth for SmackDown as usual.
Tonight’s SmackDown is coming to fans from Chicago, Illinois ahead of tomorrow night’s WWE premium live event, Survivor Series at the same venue, Allstate Arena.
In the first segment of the show, one half of the Women’s WarGames match had an in-ring segment explaining their issues with their opponents, Damage CTRL.
It would incite the arrival of Bayley who challenged the team of Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch to face two Damage CTRL members in the SmackDown main event tonight.
