A new WWE star has made their on-screen in-ring debut on tonight’s episode of NXT Level Up, streaming on Peacock.
WWE star Kendal Grey made her on-screen debut in a tag team match, teaming with Carlee Bright against Meta Four’s Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson.
With commentary touting that Grey had been scouted by Julius Creed, who was familiar with her collegiate wrestling career and encouraged her to check out WWE, she was already given some character backstory to accompany her first match.
Grey was a January 2023 NIL recruit (real name Peyton Prussin) who was announced to have signed a full-time WWE NXT deal in October 2023.
In the end, Grey and Bright would lose the match as Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend emerged victoriously.
Elsewhere on Level Up, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger won the third match in their best of three series against Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont, and Je’Von Evans scored a win over SCRYPTS.
